This site is dedicated to sharing my passion, knowledge and my "secrets"  of freediving. As one of the deepest freedivers in the world, my hope is to inspire and teach more people to learn to freedive, and  to help fellow freedivers to dive deeper.

Although freediving today could include anything from underwater-hockey  to spearfishing and even a static breathhold in a pool - I believe that REAL freediving is at depth - in the sea!

 During the Swedish summer I will teach and train in Sweden with www.fridykning.se Other than that I'm training for an adventure race at the end of the summer. Next years' project is to go the opposite of freediving and climb some very high mountains in Nepal.
